The Role As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be part of a high‑impact team delivering on‑site technical support for a key defense initiative. You’ll work directly with clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the smooth operation of mission‑critical systems. Key Responsibilities Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Set up and configure IT equipment including computers, printers, and network devices. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients. Participate in training to build technical and customer service skills. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions. What We’re Looking For Australian Citizenship and NV1 AGSVA Clearance (mandatory). A positive, energetic attitude and a strong desire to learn. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Technical aptitude and adaptability to various environments. Valid driver’s licence (travel to client sites may be required). Experience in Help Desk Level 1 or 2 support is a bonus, but not essential; training will be provided. Ready to take the next step?
