Accounts Receivable Officer - Data Entry Join Australia's fastest-growing commercial HVAC Service Company &set yourself up for a fantastic opportunity to grow within a rewarding business of 90+ fantastic staff members that offers plenty of future opportunities &a great portfolio of clients. We are seeking an energetic, dynamic and experienced accounts receivable professional to join our team based at our Head Office in Bayswater, Victoria. We aim to start the successful Applicant as soon as possible. What is the main role? This role is primarily focused on Accounts Receivable to manage all data entry for our debtor sales invoicing and other general accounting functions as required. This role is data-entry focused. Accounts Receivable: Processing sales invoices via our internal management system Monthly Statements Analyse, identify and resolve invoice-related issues Customer database management within 2 systems Management of our insurances with our clients Credit card payments Debtcollections - backup support Answer account queries via phone and email Accounts General: Assist with the day-to-day duties of the Accounts department Other ad-hoc administration and accounts processes as required What skills and knowledge do you need? Intermediate level of experience required in: Accounts Receivable - previous experience required Microsoft Office in particular Excel Additional required attributes: Proven track record in a similar role Good analytical & problem-solving skills Excellent planning, organisation & time‑management skills Ability to work independently & unsupervised Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet company deadlines Professional Integrity Confidence in your work Ideas & innovation for better processes Curiosity, question the status quo Drivers Licence Must be an Australian Resident Subject to Right To Work in Australia and Criminal History checks Not required but highly favoured: Construction Industry experience High Volume Accounts Environment What we can offer you: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Full‑time, permanent role Supportive and fun workplace culture Job Security Good career development with further career opportunities Be an active player in our growth strategy An attractive remuneration package is on offer (based on experience) Immediate start If the above position interests you, please include a cover letter with your application outlining your experience and why you would like to be considered for the role.
