We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our fire division. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensure they remain compliant with fire safety regulations, and identify opportunities to expand the services we provide. Established, reputable fire protection company Supportive team culture and ongoing development Competitive salary Career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits Prepare quotes, proposals, and service renewals Identify opportunities to grow accounts across fire protection services (alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, suppression systems, emergency lighting, etc.) Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and project teams to deliver timely inspections, testing, and repairs Ensure clients remain compliant with relevant standards (NFPA, AS1851, AHJ requirements, or local fire codes) Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and service documentation What We're Looking For Previous experience in fire protection, building services, safety systems, or facility management Experience on the tools (fire background such as technician, sprinkler fitter, extinguisher tech, alarms tech) is highly advantageous Strong account management or customer service experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to attend client sites #J-18808-Ljbffr
