Key Highlights Permanent, full‑time position with free onsite parking A fantastic opportunity to ensure timely and accurate administration of the Accounts Payable function Be an integral part of Excelsia’s life‑transforming global Christian learning community About the Role Primary responsibilities include: Lead the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Maintain and reconcile supplier and ledger records with precision. Mentor and support the offshore Accounts Payable Officer. Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal policies. Support month‑end, year‑end reporting, and internal audits. Selection Criteria Qualifications and Professional Standing: Possession of a relevant degree level qualification, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/training. Committed Christian involved in a local congregation. Experience (3+ years) working in an Accounts Payable role or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in staff management. Experience in a higher education setting (or equivalent) would be an advantage. Proven proficiency in the organisation and administration of accounts payable. Demonstrated ability to apply finance specialist knowledge and skill guided by organisational policies and procedures. An understanding of current and emerging trends in legislation and best practice in administrating accounts payable. Technological literacy in a wide range of desktop applications to support reporting and analysis role requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and confidence in presentations. Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
