About The Role Parabellum is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer for an immediate start at their newly renovated head office in Naval Base. Payroll End to end fortnightly payroll processing for 300 employees Timely submission of Superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax and Workers Compensation wage claims. Entering new employees and maintaining employee records Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll legislation and laws Monitor, action and maintain payroll inbox Accounts Receivable Prepare and send invoices to clients Following up on any invoice issues Accounts Payable End to end accounts payable processing for 100 invoices per weekEnsuring accurate coding and authorisation of invoices Credit account applications Liaise with suppliers where required Monitor, action and maintain accounts payroll inbox Qualifications, Experience and Skills 3 years + of payroll experience Experience in Pronto is advantageous Intermediate excel knowledge Strong understanding of accounting principle, concepts and practices Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to work well in a team environment and independently Maintain confidentiality at all time At Parabellum International, our core values of transparency, agility, family, making a difference, and going above and beyond are at the forefront of everything we do.
