Our three brands are: Contour Education: Small‑group and 1‑on‑1 tutoring across Maths, Science, and English. Contour MedPrep: Step‑by‑step pathway through UCAT, interviews, and admissions. Contour TestPrep: Rigorous tutoring and data‑driven feedback for selective entry exams. What You Will Do Lead & Optimise the Workflow Engine Coordinate end‑to‑end booklet workflows and maintain a smooth production cycle. Assign and track work across the content and editing teams. Prioritise urgent/critical booklets and redistribute workload as needed. Keep all student‑facing resources accurate, updated, and high quality. Manage LMS uploads, updates, and class‑recording edits. Run weekly team‑leader meetings for planning, alignment, and performance. Manage & Support Teams Conduct 2‑on‑1s and support content and operations staff. Partner with HR on onboarding, induction, and follow‑up meetings. Manage internal check‑ins, task follow‑ups, and problem‑solving loops. Support file clerks and resolve workflow‑related questions in real time. Enhance & Automate Workflows Identify inefficiencies and design streamlined, scalable processes. Develop scripts, automations, and workflow improvements. Test, refine, and document internal systems for consistent execution. Build and Strengthen the LMS & Training Systems Oversee in‑house LMS development and system enhancements. Build tutor onboarding frameworks and training pathways. Support hiring and development of LMS/ops team members. Streamline Business Processes Improve invoicing, fee collection, and backend admin processes. Partner with Sales and Billing to ensure easy, smooth customer experiences. Boost the quality and consistency of student and parent interactions. What You Will Bring Workflow Architect: You’re an expert at building order out of chaos, spotting inefficiencies, and redesigning scalable systems. A Tech‑Enabled Problem Solver: You love using LMS tools, scripts, automations, and systems to solve operational bottlenecks. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar. 2+ years of experience in a similar operations/workflow role. Bonus Points LMS experience. ICT skills.
