About the Opportunity As a Program Coordinator of our HGEN (Health Grade Enterprise Network) Program at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through supporting and managing project activities. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high‑quality ICT and digital programs and services, driving successful project outcomes aligned with organisational goals. In this role, you will: Provide end‑to‑end project support, including reporting, resource coordination, documentation, and tracking plans to keep projects on time and on budget. Manage procurement tasks, raising requisitions, coordinating approvals, and finalising purchase orders (POs). Handle financial processes, reconciling invoices and ensuring accuracy against contracts and POs. Maintain clear, high‑quality project documentation to support reporting and evaluation. Coordinate stakeholders and working groups to drive progress and effective communication. Support governance and reporting requirements across projects About You Demonstrated experience providing high‑level project coordination and support across large, complex ICT/digital initiatives within a major service‑based organisation, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent expertise. Proven ability to manage project schedules, maintain risk and issue registers, and proactively identify, escalated, and support mitigation of emerging project challenges. Strong organisational skills with experience managing diverse project portfolios in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, balancing competing priorities to deliver outcomes. Customer‑focused approach with a track record of achieving results while maintaining clarity, quality, and consistency across project activities. Need more information?
