About the Role As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of customers across our Food Care solutions. Reporting to the Southern Region Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Sealed Air in your territory — building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional value to our clients. What You’ll Do Drive sales growth and maximize profitability across your territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities in current and adjacent markets. Develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely order fulfillment and satisfaction. Conduct product presentations and coordinate customer training. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold Sealed Air's values and represent the company with professionalism and integrity. What You Bring Tertiary qualification in a relevant field i.e Diploma, Degree, Masters etc. Proven experience in Account Management/Sales within the Food industry. Experience in the Fresh Protein Market is an advantage but not compulsory. Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated success in identifying and winning new business. Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, CRM, and Office365 is a plus. Willingness to travel interstate or overseas as required.
