We pride ourselves on providing expert guidance and support to both sellers and buyers throughout the entire process. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our team of Brokers. This pivotal role allows our brokers to focus primarily on client liaison, sales coordination, and settlement management, while you manage all marketing activities for the business. This position is ideal for an organised individual looking for flexible, part-time work. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for executing all marketing activities to attract new sellers to list with TBX and find qualified buyers for our listed businesses. Marketing to Sellers (Attracting Listings) Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute "Just Listed," "Just Sold," and direct mail campaigns. Digital Advertising: Assist in managing Google AdWords campaigns. General Promotion: Promote TBX within the business community where opportunities arise. Marketing to Buyers (Selling Businesses) Advertising Placement: Manage internet business-for-sale advertising (as directed by the broker). Email Marketing: Coordinate direct mail and email campaigns for potential buyers using platforms such as Mailchimp. Digital Marketing: Coordinate internet and social media marketing efforts (SEM/SEO as directed by the broker). Reporting: Create reports to target specific mass emails for potential buyers. Operations & Planning Campaign Planning: Operate from the detailed 'Marketing to Sellers planner' and 'Marketing to Buyers planner', ensuring all required annual activities are undertaken. Liaison & Data Management: Liaise with brokers and use Pipedrive CRM to maintain an in-depth, current listings spreadsheet (including Business Name, location, price, marketing changes). Approval Process: Ensure the brokers approve all marketing campaigns before they occur. Skills & Experience Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail. Organisational Skills: Superb time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines efficiently. Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing software (Mailchimp), CRM systems (Pipedrive knowledge is a plus), and basic analytics. Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can work autonomously (whether office-based or remotely) and adapt to new challenges quickly. Experience: Previous experience in marketing coordination or administration is highly desirable. Flexible working hours (22.5 hours/week). The flexibility of an office-based or at-home role.
