About the Role We’re looking for a confident, detail‑driven administrator who enjoys working with numbers just as much as helping customers. This role combines finance administration, accounts support, property coordination and front‑of‑house duties. Perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in accurate, organised financial work. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Support Process purchase orders, invoices, utilities and contractor payments Assist with tenant billings, recharges and supporting documentation Maintain accurate financial data, spreadsheets and registers Support reconciliations, variance checks and reporting Update lease files, bank guarantees, insurance and compliance records Monitor aged debtors and assist with arrears processes Centre & Customer Support Be the first point of contact for customers, retailers and contractors Support the centre’s reception desk and handle general enquiries when needed Support tenant communication, centre notices and daily coordination Assist with events, activations and marketing during peak retail periods What You’ll Bring Experience in finance, accounts, bookkeeping or administration Strong numerical accuracy and confidence handling financial data Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, updating spreadsheets, reconciliations) Excellent communication and customer service approach Able to prioritise and stay organised in a busy environment A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to help where needed Why you’ll love it here Work at a key retail destination in Wagga Wagga Grow your career in retail property, finance or centre management Supportive local Centre Management team + national CBRE training Access to wellbeing programs, employee benefits and development pathways Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion At CBRE, our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion begins with you.
