50k + super ($40 per hour) + 10k car allowance Part Time role working Tuesday to Friday B2B sales, Account Management & Showroom Showroom based in Thebarton 9am – 3.30pm (30 min lunch) 4 days per week About Us You will be representing a brand that has a global presence while your focus will be to increase South Australian sales, (in line with overall company strategy) and develop key internal and external relationships. In 40 years, this business has grown to a large world class manufacturer employing 11,000 people, with state-of-the-art facilities in Asia, combined with an international marketing approach and provides their global customers with a wide selection of window covering solutions. Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, this position prioritises relationship management whilst promoting the features and benefits of your product range and utilising your customer service skills to close sales. Primarily on the road engaging with retail partners (1 to 2 retail calls per day), with additional time spent working remotely in the Thebarton showroom on administrative tasks, meetings, training sessions, retail partner visits. Tasks & Responsibilities Build relationships with new and established retail customers Promote and conduct demonstrations of product range Achieve sales targets and KPI's while ensuring the highest level of customer service Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue of your territory Ensure ongoing& reliable customer satisfaction through time management Liaise with internal departments to ensure consistency across the business Advise on competitors, market activity and industry trends Experience & Qualifications Computer literate with experience in MS Office and CRM systems. Analytical thinker with good interpersonal skills Quick learner with a willingness to grow and take on new challenges. Negotiate, prepare, and present sales plans, strategies, and forecasting. Create, meet, and exceed sales targets, with an emphasis on business growth. Demonstrated experience in working with customers from inception through to delivery. This role would suit a sales executive, sales consultant, sales representative, account manager or new business development manager who enjoys being on the road and communicating with people.
