Tasks & Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth preparation and service. Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless operations. (Sous) Assist the kitchen under instruction of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless operations. (CDP) Collaborate with the team to prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients. Uphold and enforce food hygiene and safety standards throughout the kitchen. Manage inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure timely ordering of supplies. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a mid-to-high calibre restaurant. Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor staff. Expertise in culinary techniques and a passion for delivering creative, high-quality food. Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple kitchen tasks.
