About the Role As the HR Business Partner you’ll work as a trusted partner to site leaders, helping them navigate people challenges and align workforce strategies with business needs. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll also contribute to broader HR projects that support engagement, capability, and culture. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Partner with site-based leaders to align people practices with operational goals Handle employee & industrial relations matters independently, conducting thorough investigations Support leaders with coaching conversations, performance reviews, and attendance management Navigate and apply EA provisions in unionised environments Contribute to and lead initiatives focused on engagement, leadership development, and process improvement About you To be successful for this opportunity you will need: Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an operational or industrial/blue-collar setting Confidence in managing ER/IR matters and working in unionised environments Natural Curiosity - thinking outside of the box & bringing new ideas Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (preferred) How to Apply If you are confident that your experience reflects the above criteria, please apply online quoting Ref no: .
