Senior Client Services Manager – Maternity Leave Cover (12 month contract) Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia | Salary: A$90,000.00 – A$95,000.00 Hey there We’re an independent, impact‑led creative agency looking for a fabulous Senior Client Service Manager to lead the delivery of creative, brand, and digital projects across our studio. This role is central to the flow of agency work, managing client relationships, owning end‑to‑end delivery, and ensuring that projects move smoothly from idea to launch. You’ll lead both internal and client‑facing communications, run meetings with purpose, and bring clarity to complex project phases across branding, communication design, and digital. We’re after someone with proven experience in brand rollout and digital project management – someone who’s comfortable leading implementation plans, managing web builds, and being the go‑to person across launch day and beyond. You’ll be a confident communicator, highly organised, and bring energy to every room – whether presenting creative concepts, planning timelines, or supporting long‑term client relationships. Our ideal person 6+ years agency or studio experience across creative and digital projects. Strong experience managing rebrands and brand rollout delivery. Clear understanding of a web project process. Understanding of agency workflow management. A proactive communicator who can simplify complex feedback and direction. Confident leading meetings and keeping project energy high. Highly organised and ready to own the details — from planning through to implementation. Your role Client Management & Communication Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of client projects. Lead regular meetings and WIPs with clear agendas and action points. Provide regular updates, recaps, and recommendations to clients. Build strong, ongoing relationships, particularly across our brand and digital retainers. Understand our clients’ industry context and objectives. Look for meaningful ways to add value and keep clients engaged beyond the immediate brief. Project Management Take ownership of project plans across strategy, creative and digital. Coordinate all phases from discovery and concept, to UX, design, development, QA and launch. Write clear internal briefs that translate client needs into actionable tasks. Ensure all feedback, deliverables, and timelines are scheduled and managed through our project tools. Work closely with creative and digital teams to keep things moving and on‑track. Lead rollout plans across rebrands and websites ensuring the work lands with clarity and impact. Digital Oversight Confidently manage website projects across all stages — including design, content, build, testing, go‑live, and post‑launch optimisation. Identify ways to evolve a site after launch — bringing new energy to our long‑term digital relationships. Studio Contribution Support the Client Services team through weekly workflow check‑ins. Create and manage quotes, timelines and invoicing. Contribute to company culture: bringing energy, kindness and focus to the studio.
