Senior Enterprise Account Manager - Account Director - AI and Outsourcing Skill required : Account Management and Sales Qualifications : Any Graduation Years of Experience : 5-10 Years Job Description : We're hiring an experienced Account Director - Telecom to manage key accounts partnering with 24 7.ai across outsourced customer care and sales. The ideal candidate understands telecom operations and the technologies required to deliver high-quality service, including Conversational AI, analytics, and modern contact center solutions. This role requires daily orchestration of complex, multi-stakeholder relationships, blending BPO delivery with technology-led transformation. Travel required : approximately % Reports to : Chief Customer Officer Core Requirements : 5+ years working / managing large telco relationships in the outsourcing industry Experience coordinating global delivery (labor law basics, data / privacy, transition / ramp) Strong commercial acumen : pricing levers, SLA / penalty constructs, term sheets, and negotiation Effectively lead complex sales in contracting, deployment and adoption Responsibilities : Act as the primary conduit between operations and technical services for the customers and Leverage executive networks to open doors and find ways to creatively change the conversation with 24 7 solutions Develop and perform strategic prospecting to expand relationships Run RFP / RFI / RFQ cycles end-to-end; drive exec alignment and win themes Partner with delivery centers to validate staffing models, ramps, and risk plans Forecast with precision What Success Looks Like 90 days : Develop client relationships and establish clear communications as a trusted advisor 180 days : Identify opportunities to expand the relationships. 12 months : Grow the existing relationship revenue by 10% OTE : Highly competitive, with accelerators for over-attainment SPIFFs for strategic product mix and multi-region deals Equity eligibility (role-dependent), plus standard benefits.
