Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging, student‑centred teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including online and blended delivery. Teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake a Graduate certificate in Tertiary Education. Strong supervision capability with Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidates and a commitment to developing future researchers. A growing (Level B) or established (Level C) track record of research outputs, industry collaboration, and external funding success. (For Level C) National recognition for research leadership, including success in securing competitive research grants, mentoring early‑career academics, and leading multidisciplinary projects. Professional Certificate in Project Management (PMP), PRINCE2 Certificate or willingness to achieve these certificates. Membership in Chartered Institute of Building (COIB) (Desirable). Industry‑engaged experience, including use of project management frameworks and communication with popular media (Desirable).
