Your Role The Delivery Executive leads transformational Data and AI programs, acting as a crucial link between business needs and technological innovation. The role combines delivery leadership, client management, and implementing AI-driven solutions, ideal for managing complex projects and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities Drive project outcomes focusing on data and AI solutions while managing risks and client relationships. Supervise delivery by coordinating engagement and program managers. Drive delivery quality, profitability, and productivity across the portfolio. Offer technical thought leadership for complex data, analytics and AI problems. Ensure financial performance aligns with budget and profitability targets. Serve as escalation point for all delivery issues on the engagement. Anticipate and define problems, manage escalations, and lead resolution. Drive additional programs and revenue per client through exceptional delivery. Mentor engagement managers and consultants, fostering continuous learning. Your Profile 10+ years of delivering Data, AI, or Analytics projects at an enterprise level. Strong understanding of Data & Analytics technologies, delivery methodologies, and platforms. Project Management certifications from a globally recognized training organization. 5+ years of delivering complex data solutions on hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) preferred. In-depth understanding of program management methods with relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum, Prince 2). Proven track record in operational management in senior roles and client-facing engagements. Ability to manage crises effectively and drive resolution. Proven ability to lead teams (both on and offshore) and deliver client outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
