If so, come join our Finance Team as a Payroll Officer As a Payroll Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time. You’ll be the go to expert for payroll administration, working with our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and supporting staff with clear, helpful information. Your work will help us maintain compliance with legislation, agreements, and internal policies keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Selected Duties Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing. Resolve data discrepancies and apply payroll procedures effectively. Provide outstanding service and clear information to staff. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efficiency gains. About You Your values align to ours – Integrity + Respect, Community + Collaboration and Creativity + Innovation. Skills & Experience Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Accounting, or Payroll (or working towards completion). Current Australian Driver’s Licence. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Desirable: Experience in payroll administration within a complex organisation (education or public sector preferred). Desirable: Knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and payroll compliance. Desirable: Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (TechOne or similar). Desirable: Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
