About the role This role is suited to an individual who knows how important it is to provide an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience. You will be responsible for supporting the online team in customer service and order fulfilment, ensuring all our customers have a great shopping experience with us online every time. Key Responsibilities Review and process orders for online customers via our operating system. Answer all incoming customer phone calls, emails, and social media requests for our digital customers. Resolve customer queries for all technical products, vehicles & gear. Order stock directly from our suppliers for customer orders. Coordinate with stores to either transfer stock to the warehouse or ship directly to customers. Track customer orders. Daily review of transfer requests. Monitor fraudulent activity. Understand all payment options available. Ensure all customer logs are complete with actions. Assist with online uploading of content occasionally.
