Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and support business growth in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities Design and manage integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to promote our cosmetic products and meet business objectives. Provide strategic marketing advice to management and clients, ensuring campaigns effectively target and engage the intended audience. Coordinate the production of marketing and promotional materials – including visual assets, online content, and print media – within budget and schedule constraints. Analyse consumer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Develop strategies for product mix, pricing, promotional activities, and distribution channels to enhance brand performance. Support the continuous improvement of marketing policies, programs, and brand communications aligned with Greenleaf’s sustainability and innovation values. Skills & Experience A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role. Strong project management, analytical, and creative problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
