We're looking for an organised, proactive Service Coordinator who wants to make a real impact in the healthcare industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of schedulers and coordinating technicians across both HLS Healthcare and Hitec Solutions. You'll oversee preventative maintenance, compliance programs, and reactive repairs, while also driving performance on service quote delivery and conversion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support a team of schedulers across HLS and Hitec Monitor workload, coach for performance, and drive consistency in service coordination Schedule technicians across HLS and Hitec, ensuring optimal route planning and skill alignment Maintain visibility over capacity, workload, and coverage Communicate job details clearly and proactively with field staff Preventative Maintenance & Compliance Manage annual compliance checks and preventative maintenance schedules Ensure required number of annual service quotations are generated and delivered Track and improve quote-to-conversion rates across both brands Triage and dispatch reactive service requests promptly Communicate with clients clearly on timing, technician availability, and next steps Client Communication & Service Delivery Be the key point of contact for all scheduling-related inquiries Proactively manage reschedules, delays, and service changes System Management & Reporting Keep SimPro and service records up-to-date Monitor and report on service team KPIs and compliance metrics Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (certificates in scheduling/admin support advantageous) Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, or team leadership Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SimPro experience highly desirable Emotionally mature and capable of managing dynamic service environments What Success Looks Like Technicians are fully booked and well-prepared Schedulers are supported, consistent, and high-performing Compliance checks and service plans are completed on time Clients feel informed and supported Service team feels clear and coordinated How to Apply Please submit your resume with a cover letter outlining why you are the ideal fit for this role.
