Quality Manager (Manufacturing / Precision Engineering) £38,000 - £40,000 + Monday to Friday + Company Benefits Freshwater, Isle of Wight Are you a Quality Manager who resides on or will relocate to the Isle of Wight, looking for a long‑term, stable, Monday‑to‑Friday role where you will be responsible for managing the QMS and auditing within a large precision engineering company? In this role you will run the QMS within the business, balancing office work with shop‑floor problem solving. You will also manage a team of six quality professionals and lead audits to ISO 9001 standards. Founded over 50 years ago, this precision engineering company specialises in producing precision‑milled and turned parts worldwide, employing over 100 staff and aiming for continued growth. We are a nationally recognised, highly reputable business that truly looks after its employees.
