Opportunity This isn’t a traditional sales job, it’s a transition pathway for a tech who wants more impact, more client interaction, and more control over outcomes. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with your portfolio of clients, becoming their go‑to advisor. Guide IT strategy by developing technology roadmaps aligned to business goals. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders. Reframe client thinking and translate technical solutions into business value. Identify whitespace, create upsell opportunities, and drive account growth. Own revenue targets — with commissions that reward strong performance. What You Bring You don’t need years of sales experience. You need: 1–3 years as an L1 or L2 technician, service desk analyst, field tech, or similar. Confidence speaking with clients and explaining technical concepts clearly. Curiosity about business, commercial outcomes, and the “why” behind technology. Ability to think strategically rather than staying “in the weeds.” A self‑starter mindset with the drive to move into a client‑facing career.
