You will be responsible for meeting daily staffing requirements, supporting continuity of care, and maintaining service excellence. In collaboration with the Resource Unit Coordinator, you will assist with the **recruitment, selection, and retention** of casual staff, while ensuring that all Nurse Bank staff are appropriately **oriented and inducted** into the clinical environment.Your responsibilities will include **monitoring performance standards**, collecting and reporting data on staffing effectiveness, and promptly addressing any issues related to Nurse Bank or Agency personnel. You will work closely with Nurse Unit Managers to align available resources with clinical needs, actively **negotiating skill mix** to maintain quality care. In addition, you will **manage key relationships with nursing agencies**, ensuring collaborative partnerships and responsive staffing support.You will bring your enthusiasm, dedication, and strong communication skills to this dynamic role.
