About the Opportunity As a Program Coordinator of our Workforce Systems Transformation (WST) Program at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through delivering significant improvements to HR systems and workflows to better support employees, managers, recruiters, candidates and HR teams. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth program operations by providing high‑quality administrative, coordination and project support. In this role, you will: Deliver project management and support services, including preparing reports, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and monitoring project plans to meet scope, time, budget and quality requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation to support reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, working groups and committees to support effective information flow and project delivery. Support the completion, maintenance and reporting of project and program documentation, working with stakeholders to meet governance and compliance requirements. About You Extensive experience coordinating and supporting complex ICT/digital projects within large, multifaceted organisations. Proven ability to manage project schedules, risks and issues, including identifying and mitigating potential challenges. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated experience working across high‑volume project portfolios while maintaining quality and customer focus. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in project coordination, ICT/digital delivery or related fields. Need more information?
