We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a large and dynamic team based in Melbourne’s CBD. This senior role will drive performance, workflow efficiency, and client service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a high-performing team (40+ staff) across scheduling, work order management, and service delivery Ensure contractual KPIs are achieved while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency Manage escalations, onboard new accounts, and support exceptional client communication Oversee day-to-day operations including workflow allocation, aged work orders, and compliance Partner with leadership on continuous improvement, process optimisation, and strategic initiatives Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards, fostering a Zero Harm culture About You 5+ years’ experience managing a complex Customer Contact Centre or Operations Centre Experience with contact centre technology platforms (multi-channel, automation, robotics) Experience in Facility Maintenance (desirable) Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and customer experience frameworks Solid workforce planning knowledge (forecasting, rostering, reporting, real-time analysis) Proven leadership capability in a fast-paced, high-performing environment Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Apply Today Join us and become part of a company that values excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service.
