Multi-Tasking Navigate multiple service points seamlessly while supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Team Player Work cohesively and autonomously within a collaborative team environment. Flexible Availability Adapt to rotating shifts, including prep, lunch, and dinner services. Preferred Experience Brings years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced kitchen, along with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Kitchen Management is essential. Kitchen Proficiency Ideal candidates will have proficiency across all kitchen sections, ready to contribute wherever needed Skilled Grill Chef with previous experience cooking steaks on a chargrill is essential.
