The Role
ABC Content is seeking an experienced executive assistant to provide high level administrative support to the Head of Audio Content and other key audio executives.
You'll coordinate the daily activities of the office, including management of incoming internal and external enquiries and correspondence, responding as appropriate, as well as manage the diary and schedules, co-ordinate meetings, appointments, presentations and travel itineraries for the Head.
Acting as the first point of contact and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head, you will also plan and coordinate staff engagement and stakeholder activities including staff meetings, conferences, workshops, informal gatherings, and planning days.

About You
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant with highly advanced administrative and organisational ability at a senior level.
This role requires someone who is able to collaborate at a high level with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be able to think on your feet, exercise sound judgment, and provide high-level support with minimal direction.
Working with highly confidential and complex matters you'll be able to examine correspondence, determine priorities, initiate replies and follow through on outstanding matters.
