The Role We are currently seeking a Casual Receptionist / Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team. Your warm and welcoming smile, positive can-do attitude and a willingness to ensure that our guests have the most memorable stay are all attributes that come naturally to you. Qualifications Exceptional guest service skills Ability to work well under pressure Willingness to use initiative and ability to solve problems A hands‑on approach and adaptability to workplace situations Team orientated Great organizational skills A friendly and outgoing personality Excellent presentation and grooming Ability to work a seven‑day rotating roster with various shifts including occasional night shift Ideally, previous Hotel Front Office experience Previous experience with Opera PMS will be highly regarded Responsibilities Check‑in and check‑out of guests, making the process feel swift and seamless Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings Assisting with general guest enquiries Guest services including concierge and porter Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations Maintaining accurate accounts Ensuring all of our guests have a memorable experience at our great hotel Perks and Benefits Complimentary duty meals Dry cleaning Learning and development opportunities Discounted accommodation throughout the Amora Hotels & Resorts If you believe you have what it takes to be part of our great team and want to further develop your career in the hospitality industry then apply now We thank all interested parties in advance for their applications.
