What You’ll Be Doing: Manage site inductions for all subcontractors – safety first Coordinate and conquer all reactive maintenance jobs like a professional Monitor asset downtime and get critical equipment back online before anyone notices it’s gone. Juggle relationships with internal teams, contractors, and our wonderful residents Deliver top-notch, customer-focused facilities support with a smile. Ensure all work is done safely, by the book, and with the right gear. Review invoices and reports like a boss – because every dollar counts. Keep an eye on maintenance budgets and make sure we’re getting bang for our buck. Conduct condition audits and keep our asset management system up to date. Spot issues before they become problems – your eagle eyes are appreciated Work closely with our Operations Manager to keep everything on track. Build strong relationships with Team Leaders, Service Managers, contractors, suppliers, and residents. Be the friendly face of maintenance – approachable, reliable, and ready to help.
