Overview As a Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), you are a key driver of success for the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. You report to the Technical Sales Manager and partner with account teams to help users achieve their goals through our technology. Responsibilities Take a customer‑centric, outcome‑ and solution‑based approach: undertake deep technical discovery in collaboration with team members to uncover primary goals and create solutions that enable end‑users to achieve those goals. Secure technical closure of proposed solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud by aligning with key customer team members. Manage technical evaluations, define solutions architecture, facilitate product demonstrations and third‑party engagements. Consult with ACS sales on technical validation and apply best practices to solve business problems. Document quantifiable pain points, technical decision criteria, and evaluation metrics in Salesforce and collaborative tools. Build trusted advisor relationships by deeply understanding customers’ business processes, workflows, and technical requirements. Ensure efficient handoffs between the pre‑sales team and adoption/deployment teams post‑sales. Communicate customer feedback to the ACS product team and deliver internal product roadmaps. Collaborate with ACS sales, worldwide field operations, marketing, and other business resources (sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, etc.) for product launches, webinars and go‑to‑market strategies. Share best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organization, product divisions, and technical solutions organization locally and globally. Represent Autodesk at high‑profile trade shows, conferences and internal events in collaboration with ACS marketing. Minimum Qualifications 3‑5+ years of experience in the construction industry. Experience with SaaS technology and construction project planning/delivery. Technology subject‑matter expert who can distill complex workflows and solutions for multiple AEC audiences. Location This is a remote role but requires travel. The primary base location is Jakarta, Indonesia. Employment Type Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level.
