THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a skilled and customer service-oriented Tour Group Sales Associate to join our team at Sydney Downtown Store. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting tour group customers in our store. YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Assist the sales team with translating, transacting sales and explaining the duty free procedure to tour group customers Promote initiatives to create and grow sales in the PRC (People Republic of China) To assist in building and maintaining good relationships with tour group leaders Promote and share information with the groups in store on local Australian products and category promotions Develop a good understanding of products that appeal to Tour Group customers and their buying preferences ABOUT YOU Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in English and Mandarin Proven sales experience in a high volume and fast paced environment Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space Knowledge of and/or experience with Tour Groups and Tour Companies Experience of working in the duty free environment or luxury retail Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required WHY JOIN LOTTE DUTY FREE Monthly Sales Commission Program Team Discount Program Uniform Provided Employee Assistance Program and Health initiatives Private Health Insurance Discount Lotte New Employee Induction & Safety Leagues Program Long-term Career & Professional Development Opportunities Recognition of Service Awards ($ Gift Cards) Safe, Diverse & Inclusive Work Environment with a Supportive Culture DETAILS OF THE ROL | Location: Sydney Downtown Store Casual position - 76 hours per fortnight To apply for this role you must be 18 years old with Full Time Working Rights in Australia.
