We are accredited by NATA and ISO ensuring our services meet both Australian and international standards. Job Description SGS is seeking a Billings Officer to join the dynamic team. This role will be located in the Australian Head Office in Perth and will be a hybrid role working in both the office as well as the opportunity to work from home. Responsibilities Compiles, computes and records billing, statistical data, and other numerical data for billing purposes. Complies with Internal Control System throughout the billing process. Reports and escalates any deviation or gaps in the process. Assist, coordinate and cooperate with business to ensure the quality and timing of invoicing. Receive, analyse, and issue credit note request in line with the approval process. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in large volume processing, including billing in multiple business units with multiple profit centres and price lists. Billing in multiple entities and currencies. Experience in Oracle Order Management. (Desirable) 2-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
