About The Role The Content creator is responsible for ideating and producing high-quality, engaging and platform-native content across MCoBeauty’s social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other emerging channels, with highest priority placed on TikTok. This role will ideate content ideas, pitch ideas, create, edit and publish engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice, drives engagement, and strengthens the brand’s presence in the Australian market. This role will collaborate closely with the social media, brand, influencer and other marketing teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns, trends, and business objectives. Role & Responsibilities Produce high-quality content tailored for platform Edit content using CapCut (or preferred equivalent tools) ensuring brand consistency. Be the on-camera face of the brand Suggest and ideate content ideas, actively participating in brainstorm sessions Review content performance metrics and iterate content strategies accordingly Stay ahead of social, beauty, and digital content trends to keep MCoBeauty’s creative output fresh, relevant, and shareable. Interact with other brands and relevant social accounts to foster engagement and partnerships under guidance of Head of Social Skills & Experience Deep understanding of social media content, content performance, trends and platform algorithms Strong photography and videography skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) and editing tools like CapCut or Final Cut Pro. Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling, with an understanding of beauty content trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with talent on and off camera.
