About the Role Providing an outstanding experience by welcoming customers, showcasing CDK Stone products, identifying needs, and matching products to design ideas. Responding to calls, emailing product images from interested customers, and coordinating showroom visits with customers. Maintaining immaculate showroom presentation with stocked brochures, supplies, and tidy displays. Coordinating sales administration by processing orders and invoices, updating stock reservations, and providing sales support to the wider team. Complete structured training to operate an overhead crane to safely move stone around the warehouse. Managing the receipt of incoming stock to ensure products are delivered, receipted, checked into the system, and allocated correctly.
