About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Production Coordinator to manage the production process for Fila retail and wholesale apparel. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Set up seasonal production schedules for retail and wholesale accounts Manage production schedules to ensure deadlines and deliveries are achieved Issue costings and negotiate prices in conjunction with Design Manager Raise and issue Purchase Orders Work in conjunction with Design Manager on factory allocation to ensure product efficiency is met Upload design information to Brand Comply Support planning with data entry for wholesale accounts Support design to follow up on photo shoot samples Work with the garment tech department on duties such as send/receiving parcels, grading/measuring samples, fittings, fabric knowledge and quality control when required Identify and following up any production issues with factories Raise claims as required What We're Looking For Experience and understanding of business functions including logistics, garment tech and quality control Apparel and garment industry experience preferred Team player and self-motivated Highly organised with attention to detail and time management Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Ability to multi task and work efficiently across retail and wholesale accounts Experience with manufacturing in China Strong systems knowledge - MS Office including Word and Excel and Adobe creative suite. Experience with wholesale customers desirable Minimum 2-3 years of production coordination or similar manufacturing experience required Why Join Fila?
