The Department of Justice is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to work at the Boronia Pre Release Centre for Women. The position is permanent, full‑time and offers a salary of Level 3, $86,439 – $92,795 p.a. plus 12% superannuation (PSCSAA 2024). About the Role This role supports HR initiatives and payroll, providing an advisory service on HR policies, procedures, award interpretation, industrial issues and other complex matters. The incumbent will process HR related applications and assist with payroll tasks, shift and leave rostering, and administrative systems. Responsibilities Process human resource related applications. Provide advisory service on HR policies, procedures, award interpretation and industrial matters. Perform transactional payroll tasks and maintain shift and leave rosters. Support administrative systems and procedures. Qualifications Significant experience providing comprehensive HR transactional and advisory services.
