Role Overview We are seeking a hands‑on and customer‑centric Cluster Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs and sass bide concession stores within Myer Indooroopilly. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full‑time Cluster Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations within your concession store. Responsibilities include customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting. This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience as a store manager in fashion retail Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPIs Excellent communication and creative problem‑solving skills Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base Confidence delivering a first‑class service at all times to all customers An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others A huge passion for fashion Strong leadership and management skills, including previous experience managing a high‑performing team Love for our brand and pride to be a key brand ambassador Benefits Generous clothing allowance and employee discount Competitive bonus and incentive scheme Eligibility To be eligible to apply for this job, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.
