Overview Headstart Early Education Centre Clyde North is offering a Lead Educator role. This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, with opportunities to excel within a supportive team of qualified Early Childhood professionals. The centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm and can accommodate up to 123 children. Responsibilities Lead and nurture learning experiences that are child-centered and aligned with the centre's goals and standards. Create a warm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0–5 years. Collaborate with team members to plan, implement, and assess developmentally appropriate activities. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing for children and staff. About You (Qualifications & Experience) You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services . Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) . Proven educator experience within an Early Childhood service (working with children 0–5 years). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A current Working with Children Check . First Aid certificate .
