We're looking for a confident, experienced, and passionate New Homes Consultant to guide families from their initial vision to their new front door. Central Office Base: Work from our central Mornington office, engaging with a beautiful local market. What You'll Be Doing Relationship Management: Connect with new and existing clients to understand their vision, goals, and expectations. Design & Estimation: Define clients' visions with personalised new home designs and prepare detailed project estimates. Guiding the Journey: Nurture client and industry relationships throughout the building process. Sales Administration: Handle general sales admin, including phone calls/messages, email management, coordinating appointments, and managing clients via the G.J. Gardner Homes CRM. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, based in our central Mornington office. Some travel to job sites across the Mornington Peninsula is required.
