If you thrive on collaborating with diverse stakeholders, driving end‑to‑end document excellence, and leveraging deep Core/OSS expertise, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, review, and maintenance of technical, operational, and compliance documentation for telecom solutions and internal processes. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical information and translate it into structured deliverables such as Security Plans, BCPs, Configuration Plans, and RTMs. Manage end‑to‑end document review cycles, incorporating feedback from engineering teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality. Drive timely updates, walkthroughs, and customer sign‑offs to ensure all documentation is accepted as per project schedules. Leverage strong organisation, communication, and Core/OSS domain knowledge to build effective relationships and deliver high‑quality, audit‑ready documentation. Required Skills 5–8+ years Solution Architect relevant experience with recent Technical Manager background. Local Australian experience and worked for a large Telecommunications Company. Experience with Telco Core—specifically AMF, MME, or an OSS environment. Skilled at documentation, created processes and standard operating procedure documents. Working with various stakeholders (internal & external), extracting knowledge and documenting in the key deliverable docs. Conduct multiple review cycles of the documents, both internally. Perform the updates and get sign‑off from the customer as per the schedule. Federal Project experience is a plus.
