EOI - Sector Lead Pre Contracts

We are inviting expressions of interest for the role of Sector Lead Pre-Contracts (IS). This is a key leadership opportunity within the Strategy & Growth team and reports to the EGM. This role will have a significant contribution in driving Ventias growth by leading the development and execution of pre-contract strategies across IS. This includes overseeing the full lifecycle of bidding activities (from strategy definition and estimating to pricing and contract negotiations) with particular focus on securing profitable new contracts, renewals and extensions. This role will lead a high performing team across estimating and bid management while working closely with internal commercial teams and external clients. By aligning pre-contract activities with strategic growth goals this role will directly impact revenue generation and margin improvement across the bid pipeline.
