Overview The Search and Affiliates Specialist is responsible for driving activity across Paid Search and Affiliate channels for TPG Telecom’s consumer brands. Working alongside the wider Digital Media Team, the role is key in planning, activating and measuring Search and Affiliates media effectiveness, as well as optimising delivery to campaign KPIs. Responsibilities Developing the Search and Affiliates activation approach as part of the overall media strategy with the wider team across both brand and acquisition. Working with the Digital Media Manager on managing optimisations and reporting paired with data driven insights. Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and agencies to support and drive our TPG Telecom annual media strategy and planning. What you’ll bring 3+ years’ experience working in performance media and who has a passion for taking on the challenging acquisition campaign in search and affiliates. A sound understanding of campaign optimisation, performance metrics and campaign measurement. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads tools and Affiliate platforms. Ability to work with large data sets and conducting data-driven insights and tracking for campaign performance and providing feedback to key internal stakeholders. Must have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, work well in collaborative settings; having an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects. Strong stakeholder management to work with many key partners both internally and externally. What’s in it for you?
