Join to apply for the Modern Work Technical Presales role at Crayon Location: Sydney, Australia | Reports to: Solutions Director - Productivity | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Australia | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Learn more: crayon.com/au As our new Presales Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the presales team by driving strategic conversations around Modern Work and acting as an interface between business and technology. You will identify and develop business opportunities for our Modern Work services, collaborate with Solution Specialists and Account Managers to engage with customers, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements. Key Responsibilities Engage in presales by identifying customer needs, supporting proposition drawing, and collaborating with Crayon Cloud Services team to propose and deliver tailored solutions within the Cloud Adoption Framework. Drive collaboration with the Sales and Delivery team, supporting sales by identifying opportunities and initiating first conversations with customers. Evaluate cloud migration efforts and guide customers in assessing the impact of cloud migration initiatives. Solution‑sell, align services to customer needs, and deliver value which includes presenting customised solutions and creating proposals. Develop a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and the technical features of our services. Your Competencies 3 years’ experience in presales in a similar role. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace security (Defender, Purview, etc.). Hold at least two of the following certifications: MS‑900, SC‑900, SC‑200, SC‑300, MS‑102.
