With a strong heritage and a deep connection to both trade and consumer markets, the company is now seeking an Innovation & Growth Manager to drive new category development, commercial innovation, and strategic partnerships across Australia. You’ll play a pivotal role in: Leading strategic growth and innovation initiatives that align with business priorities and market trends Partnering with customers and suppliers to co‑develop new products, packaging, and channel solutions Translating market insights into actionable commercial opportunities Building business cases and managing end‑to‑end implementation of innovation projects Championing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams We’re looking for a commercially driven Innovation Manager with hands‑on leadership experience, ideally from an agricultural product‑based environment, who enjoys turning ideas into results.
