Industrial Showroom Sales / Retail Assistant About the Role ABL Distribution is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Industrial Showroom Sales Person / Retail Assistant to join our friendly team in Arundel. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be the face of our industrial showroom — helping customers find the right solutions, maintaining product displays, and contributing to our continued sales growth. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, providing knowledgeable product advice and tailored recommendations. Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑stocked showroom. Inventory management, stock control, and replenishment. Promote our wide range of industrial, safety, and packaging products to both retail and trade customers. Perform general office duties including answering phones and data entry as required. Conduct in-house Respiratory Fit Testing (training provided). About You Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (industrial or hardware background preferred but not essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy engaging with people and building strong relationships. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
