MYER Chermside West, Queensland, Australia 8 month limited tenure - As a Customer Service Manager at Myer Chermside you’ll be the driving force behind our customer service excellence ‑ leading teams across multiple departments to deliver outstanding service and achieve strong results. You’ll champion the Myer strategy, manage daily operations, and provide ongoing coaching and leadership to your team. Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and working closely with the broader leadership team, this pivotal role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and succession planning. About The Role: Lead and manage daily department operations to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance Inspire and develop your team through effective coaching, feedback, and recognition Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture by role‑modeling service excellence Maximise team productivity through smart workforce planning and task delegation Spend quality time on the floor to lead by example and gain valuable customer insights Empower and mentor your team to become the next generation of Myer leaders.
