What You’ll Do As Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the powerhouse behind member experience. You’ll: Lead and train the Reception team to deliver outstanding service and smash customer KPIs. Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries while driving company targets. Own rostering and scheduling to ensure peak service at all times. Handle calls, resolve queries, process memberships, sales, and bookings with ease. Keep the reception, café, and retail areas spotless, stocked, and welcoming. Who You Are A proven customer service leader who connects with people instantly. Someone who thrives in KPI‑driven environments and loves hitting goals. A natural problem‑solver who shows initiative, reliability, and passion for health & fitness. Professional, proactive, and hungry to grow into bigger opportunities.
