About the role Due to continued growth at our Mornington Toyota location, we are seeking to employ an experienced Finance & Insurance Business Managerto join our team and help grow our brand further. The successful candidate will be a result's driven professional with excellent communication (written and oral) combined with a strong guest focus. A solid track record as a Finance & Insurance Business Manager in the retail automotive industry is essential. If you can demonstrate the above and possess the following : Previous automotive finance sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills Current FSRA and financier accreditation Ability to demonstrate your results and experience in current and previous F&I roles Have excellent verbal & written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian driver's license Your principal responsibilities will include : Assisting the sales team with double closing & deal negotiation Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership guests Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all guests Strict adherence to compliance Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's This is your opportunity to join a busy and successful dealership with unparalleled training and support with one of Melbourne's largest Automotive Groups.
