Role Overview Atomic 212° is looking for a confident and highly skilled Social Manager to join the high‑performing Melbourne team. You will lead paid social across two flagship clients Tennis Australia and GWM, delivering best‑in‑class strategy, implementation and performance management across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and Reddit. This role suits someone who is both strategic and hands‑on, enjoys mentoring others and loves using performance insights to push work forward. You will report to a supportive Social Director, partner closely with a collaborative performance team and may manage an Executive. With always‑on activity, major moments like the Australian Open and an energetic, friendly office culture, this is a chance to make a real impact and grow quickly. Responsibilities Lead paid social planning and activation across all major social platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs. Guide and support an Executive to deliver high‑quality implementation and optimisation. Own end‑to‑end delivery including building creative specs, trafficking, campaign set‑up, optimisation and reporting. Manage budgets, pacing and monthly or quarterly budget shifts across channels. Provide sharp, insight‑led reporting and clear recommendations to clients and internal teams. Diagnose performance issues and apply optimisations across audiences, formats, placements, devices and creative. Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure best‑practice planning and high performance delivery. Ensure all trafficking, QA and campaign set‑up processes are accurate and error‑free. Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to long‑term account growth. Stay ahead of platform changes, competitive shifts and new opportunities that can improve performance. Qualifications Solid experience in paid social within an agency or fast‑paced performance environment. Deep functional knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and strong experience across TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other platforms. Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead conversations and provide clear strategic recommendations. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and craft insights that guide optimisation. Confident using Campaign Manager, tracking platforms, UTMs, GA4, event tracking and custom conversions. Strong understanding of budgeting, pacing and financial management within paid social. High attention to detail and a commitment to error‑free delivery. Collaborative leader with experience coaching or developing junior team members. Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Excel or Sheets, G Suite and Mac environments.
